Matcha Overnight Oats

A super quick and easy breakfast for anyone on the go. Matcha is rich in L-theanine which is known for its calming effects. Paired with oats & topped berries for the ultimate mood-soothing meal.

Ingredients 

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats

  • 1 tsp chia seeds

  • 1 tsp buckwheat groats or hemp seeds

  • 1/2-1 tsp matcha powder

  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon

  • 1/2 cup almond milk

Combine all the ingredients together and mix well. Transfer into a glass jar or airtight container and refrigerate overnight.

When you’re ready to eat top with your favourite fruits & enjoy.
