Gut-Friendly Mixed Grains
My grain mixture is a great way to diversify your gut microbiome and boost your daily nutrition. Each ingredient takes the same amount of time to cook and are all roughly the same amount of calories, making it super simple to stay on track of your intake.
Ingredients
1 cup brown rice
1 cup buckwheat
1 cup barley
1 cup quinoa
Method
Mix together and store in an airtight container.
To cook, take one cup of grain to 2 cup of water and simmer on the stove or in a rice cooker until the water is fully absorbed.
