Bircher Breakfast Bowl
When you want a quick and easy breakfast full of gut-loving fibre and nutrients, this Bircher Breakfast Bowl is the way to go.
Ingredients
1/2 cup rolled oats
1 tbs walnuts, crushed
1 tbs pumpkin seeds
1 tbs dried mulberries
1/4 tsp coconut sugar
1/2 cup plant milk
Combine all the dry ingredients into a bowl and pour over the plant milk. Allow to sit for 30 mins to 2 hours to allow the oats to soak in the milk.
Serve with an extra splash of plant milk, your choice of fresh fruits and nut butter.
