Tropical Breakfast Bowl

Fresh, fruity and tasty. My tropical breakfast bowl makes the perfect summer meal.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats

  • 1 tbs buckwheat groats

  • 1 tsp chia seeds

  • 1 cup pineapple juice

  • Seasonal fruits to top (I used pomegranate, pineapple and mango)

Combine together the oats, buckwheat and chia seeds and pour over the pineapple juice. Store in the fridge for at least 30 minutes or overnight. When ready to eat, top with seasonal fruits and enjoy!
