Protein Overnight Oats
The perfect on-the-go breakfast to keep you full and satisfied.
Ingredients
1/2 cup rolled oats
1 tbs chia seeds
10g (1/2-1 scoop) protein powder
3/4 cup plant-based milk or water
Optional toppings: banana, nut butters, berries, nuts and seeds
Toss all the dry ingredients together in a jar and mix until well combined. Stir in the milk or water and refrigerate overnight or for at least 30 minutes.
Top with banana, nut butter and crushed nuts. Enjoy!
