No Bake Granola Bars

These no bake granola bars are a delicious snack perfect for on-the-go. They are extremely versatile so you can mix and match any nuts, grains or seeds you have in your cupboard.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats

  • 1/4 cup slithered almonds

  • 1/4 cup walnuts, chopped

  • 1/4 cup buckwheat kernels

  • 1/4 cup dried dates, chopped

  • 1 tbs hemp seeds

  • 2 1/2 tbs peanut butter

  • 1 tbs maple syrup

  • Pinch of sea salt

Method

Add everything except the peanut butter and maple syrup to a large bowl and combine well.

In a smaller bowl, mix together the peanut butter and maple syrup until a gooey paste is formed.

Drizzle over the larger bowl and combine until the ingredients stick together when pressed between your fingers.

Press the mixture in a tray and set in the fridge overnight. Once set, cut the mixture into bars and drizzle with melted chocolate if your heart so desires.

Store in the fridge in an airtight container for up to a week.
