Flat Belly Muesli

My flat belly muesli is a quick and easy breakfast option loaded with tonnes of nutrients to fuel you for your busy day. It’s extremely versatile so if you don’t have any of these ingredients you can easily substitute them for another grain, nut or seed (just make sure the grain can be eaten raw). Make a whole batch and enjoy all week!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats

  • 1 cup buckwheat groats

  • 1/4 cup chia seeds

  • 1/4 cup hemp seeds

  • 1/4 cup goji berries

  • 1/4 cup walnuts

  • 1 tbs cacao nibs

Method

Simply mix everything together in a bowl and store in an airtight jar in the cupboard.

When you’re ready to eat, take 1/2-1 cup full of the muesli and add a dash of plant-based milk or water. You can top it with some fresh or frozen fruit and eat it right away or, if you prefer a softer texture, store it in the fridge overnight.
