Chocolate Mousse

Forget store-bought chocolate mousse. This one is a way healthier alternative without all that excess sugar, fat, oil and preservatives.

It’s light yet decadent and only 337 calories per serve!

Ingredients

  • 1 can pure coconut cream

  • 1-2 tbs date syrup

  • 1/2 cup cacao powder

  • 1/4 cup chia seeds

Method

Whisk the coconut cream, date syrup and cacao powder in a bowl and then fold in the chia seeds.

Spoon the mixture into 3 seperate bowls, or one big bowl if you prefer, and chill in the fridge for a couple of hours or overnight.

Once set, garnish with cacao nibs, berries and mint.
