Choc Energy Bites

These energy bites make the perfect on-the-go snack. Packed full of nutrition and energy to keep you satisfied all day long.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups oat flour

  • 1/3 cup cacao powder

  • 1/4 cup powdered peanut butter

  • 2 cups dried dates (soaked in boiling water)

  • 1/2 cup water from dates

  • 2 tbs buckwheat groats

Method

Add all the ingredients into a food processor and combine until the mixture sticks together when you pressed into your hands.

Form the mixture into balls with the palm of your hands and serve!

Store the leftover bites in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week or freezer for up to a month.
