Choc Açai Bowl

Summer time calls for açai (aka food of the gods) and in true Umoya Wellness fashion, I’ve made it chocolate!

Ingredients

  • 1 packet frozen açai

  • 50 g frozen banana

  • 50 g frozen blueberries

  • 1 tbs cacao powder

Toppings

  • 1 tbs coconut yogurt

  • 1 tsp chia seeds

  • 1 tsp buckwheat groats

  • 1 tsp cacao nibs

  • 1 tbs nut butter

  • 1/2 cup fresh fruit

In a high speed blender, throw in all the ingredients minus the toppings. Add 1/4 cup water or plant milk and blend until smooth.

Top with your favourite ingredients & enjoy!
