Triple Choc Chip Cookies

I’m obsessed with anything chocolate so these triple choc chip cookies are my idea of paradise. As always, they are made healthier than conventional treats!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup wholewheat flour

  • 1/4 cup cacao powder

  • 1 tbs coconut oil

  • 2-4 tbs maple syrup

  • 1/4 cup almond milk

  • 1 tbs white choc chips

  • 1 tbs dark choc chips

Preheat oven to 180 degrees C.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the wholewheat flour and cacao powder.

Melt the coconut oil to room temperature and stir through, followed by the maple syrup.

Add the almond milk and mix through until a crumbly mixture forms. Fold in the choc chips.

Form the mixture into bite-sized cookies and place onto a lined baking tray.

Bake for 10 mins. Allow to cool & enjoy.

Note: these cookies taste better the day after so it wouldn’t be a bad idea to bake them a night before.
