Layered Berry Parfait

Layered with homemade raspberry jam, creamy coconut yogurt, fresh berries and sugar-free granola. My layered berry parfait makes a wholesome breakfast to enjoy mindfully or on-the-go.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup raspberries, fresh or frozen

  • 1 tsp maple syrup

  • 1 tsp chia seeds

  • 2-4 tbs coconut yogurt

  • 2 tbs Sugar-Free Granola

  • Handful of fresh berries

To make the jam, heat the raspberries on low-heat over a stove top. A stainless-steel pot works best as it will absorb the liquid and prevent the jam from becoming too watery.

Once the berries start to break down, add in the maple syrup. Remove from heat and stir through the chia seeds. Allow to cool.

In a glass jar, layer all the ingredients together starting with the granola, then yogurt, jam and berries.
