Mulberry Macadamia Granola

Sweet, salt and crunchy. A tasty trio of flavours and textures to uplift your breakfasts and snacks. The best part? It only requires a small handful of ingredients.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats

  • 1/4 cup buckwheat

  • 1 tbs coconut flakes

  • 1/4 cup dried mulberries

  • 1/4 cup macadamia

  • 2 tbs dark or white chocolate

  • 1 tbs maple syrup

  • A pinch of sea salt

Combine all the ingredients in a large mixing bowl and stir through the maple syrup until the ingredients begin to stick together.

Transfer to a lined baking dish and bake at 190 degrees C for 10 minutes. Keep checking on the mixture every few minutes as it can burn quickly.

Allow to fully cool before breaking the granola into pieces. Transfer into an airtight container and enjoy!
