Homemade Coconut Dark Chocolate
Who doesn’t love rich, velvety dark chocolate made even better with shredded coconut? Now you can make your own with my super simple recipe crafted with less than five ingredients.
Ingredients
150 g cacao paste
50 g cacao butter
50 g date syrup
1/4-1/2 cup shredded coconut flakes
In a double boiler, melt the cacao paste and cacao butter on low heat. Whisk in the date syrup and fold in the shredded coconut.
Pour into chocolate moulds and allow to set in the fridge for 1-2 hours. Enjoy!
