Cherry Ripe Truffles
Each bite of these cherry ripe truffles are a delicate burst of cherry and chocolate. They’re moist, light and reminiscent of Aussie summer. You’re guaranteed to love this recipe, made super simple with only 5 ingredients.
Ingredients
1 cup pitted cherries
1 cup coconut flakes
1/2 cup almond meal
1 tbs maple syrup
2 tbs cacao powder + more for dusting
Method
Add all ingredients to a blender and pulse until a soft dough forms. Roll the dough into balls and dust with cacao powder.
Refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight and enjoy!
Keep the remainder truffles refrigerated in an airtight container for up to a week.
