Synbiotics Treat Bowl

Synbiotics are a mixture of probiotic and prebiotic rich foods that work together to create a harmonic gut microbiome. My Synbiotics Treat Bowl combines the two to elevate your gut microflora and set the foundation for optimal health.

Can be enjoyed as an after-dinner treat, a mid-morning snack or even for breakfast.

Ingredients

  • 2 tbs coconut yogurt

  • 1 tbs buckwheat groats

  • 1 tsp chia seeds

  • 1-2 tsp macadamias

  • 1-2 tsp dried mulberries

  • Fresh raspberries

  • 1 banana, sliced

  • 1 tsp fig jam, or jam of choice

Start off by making the chia pudding by combining the chia seeds with 2 tsp of water. Set aside to thicken.

Assemble all the ingredients into your bowl and top with the chia pudding. Garnish with edible flowers. Enjoy!
